Electromyography (EMG)

EMG measures the electrical activity from the contraction of facial muscles. For example: Contractions of the cheek muscles indicates positive and happy (smiling) expressions, and contractions of the corrugator eyebrow muscles indicates negative (frowning) expressions.

At the MI.ND Lab™, we do this by attaching sensors that measure electrical activity of muscle contractions on your face.
