A research facility with world-class equipment, utilising state-of-the-art methodologies to gather rich and reliable consumer and market insights. The lab enables us to conduct studies, using:
- focus groups,
- co-creation sessions,
- neuroscience, and
- social studies based on behavioural economic principles.
With the focus on a great experience for participants, we have created a space that is both functional and inspires creativity. Minimalistic design with bits of colour and abundant light helps stimulate thinking and creativity - two focus group / co-creation rooms, an observation room, a neuroscience pod, a catering area and writeable surfaces.
What we learn is invaluable for marketing and engaging with clients and consumers for input and feedback when developing products. These are the reasons why we do it.
